Hommes lézards :

The new units are lesser swarms, red crested skinks and the Arcanosaur warmachine of the old ones.
Lesser swarms are 35 pt swarms that have all the same rules except they are special or core (can't remember) and have 3 attacks and 3 wounds instead of 5 and 5. Still poison, still unbreakable. Unlike the regular swarm they are not a 0-1 choice. Red Crested skinks are immune to poison, and are only effected by pluage censors on a 6+ like the bearers themselves. Of course they carry the mark of Sotek. Arcanosaur is exactly the same as the stegadon in stats and abilities except for what it carries. The warmachine is a 360 degree magical, flaming stone thrower. Ouch. It is not a conversion it is a seperate kit released by GW and LOOKS AMAZING. The Special Character. He is a pretty pumped up skink with a scaley skin sv, a ward save, uses the antiskaven dagger (but it also improves his str +1 when he charges). Uses beast or heavens magic (lvl2??) He is on a base of snakes that do D6 str 2 poisoned attacks on top of his attacks. If he joins a Swarm unit they can regen on a 6+. And as he is on a swarm base he is unbreakable.
Skavens :

I didn't get a good look at their special character or the 1000 poxes machine but will post more when I get the info. As far as new models the new skink characters look amazing (esp one with the feather cloak and the other with the blowpipe) and the Archanosaur just blew me away. The skaven models look really good as well, I'm just not into skaven as much a the lizards.
All in all I would put a buy reccomendation on the book if you are a Lizardman or Skaven player. The campaign system is a good read but I wouldn't bother if you already have the GC or other campaign systems. I'll buy the book but that's b/c I have lots of jungle terrain and am planning on using the new rules in a number of battles.
